- Submission of registration form does not guarantee a seat. Seats will only be allocated upon receipt of full payment.
- Neuromath Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline any application and to make reasonable modifications to the schedule, venue or other logistics related to the programme without prior notice.
- Neuromath Learning Centre Pte Ltd will not be liable for any injuries or mishaps during the duration of the programme.
- Neuromath Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to use the student’s image, written work, academic results and voice in newspaper, brochures, videos or other promotional materials.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Customers who paid regular price for the March Holiday Workshops may receive a full refund in credit form if their cancellation request is approved before 21st February 2023. If the cancellation request is approved between 21st February 2023 and 27th February 2023, customers will receive a 50% refund in credit form. No refunds in any form will be issued for cancellation requests submitted on or after 28th February 2023.
5.2 Customers who paid promotional price for the March Holiday Workshops may receive a full refund in credit form if their cancellation request is approved before 14th February 2023. If the cancellation request is approved between 14th February 2023 and 20th February 2023, customers will receive a 50% refund in credit form. No refunds in any form will be issued for cancellation requests submitted on or after 21st February 2023.
5.3 Cancellation requests will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the request.
5.4 All refunds will be processed in credit form within 7 to 14 working days after the cancellation request has been received and approved.
5.5 Transfer of credit will be subjected to company management’s approval and consideration.
5.6 This policy is subject to change at any time and without prior notice. In case of any disputes or disagreements, the decision of the company management will be final.
